About us

That each young person may benefit from the unique experience of international educational mobility. Education goes hand in hand with openness to the world and an understanding of local / global interdependencies.

 

Our work with youth

Association IKS has been working on solidarity projects with youth and the wider community since its establishment. Since 2011, we have hosted over 150 young people from different countries across the globe. We've been able to impact these young people's lives, helping many of them identify their pathway in life and achieve personal and professional goals. We strongly believe in investing in young generations, not referring to them as our future, but rather our present.

Our team

The IKS team is made up of 9 employees, 10 local volunteers and 7 foreign volunteers. We have strong partnerships in the local community, 30+ partners in Croatia and 80+ partners internationally. Regardless of our location and background we have shared values that enable us to achieve positive change. 

 

People are at the heart of everything we do. We accept new challenges, make new partnerships & friendships and welcome anyone to be a part of our association.
